I've long believed that good eating is all about risk. Whether it's unpasteurised Stilton, raw oysters or Japanese blowfish, a restaurant must live and breathe a pioneering spirit. Aqua Dining does not. A bland menu seemingly ripped from a second rate, 90's London bistro, a merely serviceable beef short rib and a wine menu that screams "look at me, but don't enjoy me". Great view, but where's the heart?
