The bar have a almost zero waste operation and it focus on foraging and sourcing for ingredients around the Southeast Asia , supporting local craftsmen and farmers and producers. You’ll find only Asian alcohol and spirits coupled with use of the region’s spices , ingredients (even insects) to make a well balanced cocktails for your consumption. Each cocktails hold a story and it becomes a journey as you sip along. I tried the Grasshopper and it was delish. x
